Shipping Information...

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product description, all items ordered will be shipped using USPS within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

We will update shipping information immediately upon shipment and you will find current information in your order history.

Should you wish to have special delivery instructions for a specific order, please contact us directly and let us know the item and the order number and we will endeavor to get your piece of art to you according to your instructions.

Returns Information...

If you receive a damaged or defective piece of art from us and wish to return it, please contact us prior to shipping it back.

We will give you an RMA number which should be included with the returned item.

We will replace the defective item upon receipt with a new piece that is "somewhat identical" to the piece that was originally shipped. The term "somewhat identical" is used specifically in reference to any sculptures which because of their hand made process, will show some slight variations from one version of the item to the next. Digital art reproductions or prints, will of course be identical to the original shipped item. Thank you for your understanding.
